Purchased a brand new home from them in 2018. Never lived in! Lucky for them, when one year warranty ran out house has continued to fall apart with leaks and foundation problems. Have been quoted $72000 to correct foundation issues. John never responded. We are seniors living in what we thought was our dream home. Buyer beware.
