Great service, lovely room
Didn't have a good experience. Got in late after some long days on the road to find that there was no hot water. I tried to contact the staff multiple time with no response. I left voice mail and several text messages and they totally ghosted me. I understand the water heater thing - it happens. I don't understand being totally ignored -- horrible customer service. I paid $150 for a tiny cabin with no hot water, and zero customer service? I definitely would NOT recommend this place if you have any other options!
Spacious, comfortable cabins with decent amenities. Rooms have a lovely cedar scent. Showers have good water pressure and water gets nice and hot. Food and drink at the restaurant are good value and well made.
Service was slow, even though there was only 3 of us in the place to start with. Food was OK, but ham on my burger (and bacon on the burger of another person at the table) was still cold.
