On recommendation, I called Buck's because of a leaking water heater. They told me that I should expect them between noon and 4pm the next day. I set the appointment and took off work at 11 am to make sure I was there when they showed. I spent the next four hours looking out the window every 15 minutes, with my phone next to me the entire time. Not your fault but your address got put into our system as a Cookeville address. My guys when to this street trying to find your house and as you know, couldn't. Our company policy is to call each customer before they go to their house. If they don't answer, we don't go but they was close to this street so they went anyways. Blew off 3 appointments on Septic Inspection. Worst service provider I have tried to use in years, possibly in my life. Accepts jobs, appointments and makes promises but is incapable of providing service on time, and incapable of returning calls. Staff is clueless and has no ability to do anything take a message for which you will not be called back. Kind of a problem if you want your septic inspected for a new house under contract. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our company. Looks like there was some miscommunication between us. We did try to get ahold of your realtor the first day you scheduled your appointment but never got a call back with a code to get in the gate as we were told we needed to get into the house. We did finally get a code the second time but for some unforeseen problems, we was unable to get down there.
