I was told it would be 20 minutes, we arrived in 20 minutes and the order wasn't done. Then they asked what we ordered, the person who took the order never placed it. The good news is we left 25 minutes later but there was no offer of a discount for tonight or later on, just an apology. The food was all very good.
Waited 30 minutes over what they said it would be and they handed me a burned pizza with black crust. The girl at the counter argued with me that it wasn’t burned. So when they make you wait 30 minutes past the time they tell you and then burn it, expect no apologies.
