Had a great experience. TBH probably the best dr office experience I e ever had. Front desk (Jordan) was incredibly helpful and polite. Dr was on time, and friendly. Highly recommend
If I could give negative stars I would. Pam the "head of billing" charged my card $1098.99 instead of the $144 I agreed to. When I called them to ask what was wrong I was sent to voicemail. When they finally called me back I wasn't offered an apology.
This place does not care about their patients. We had a procedure scheduled at this location. And had to reschedule for unforeseen circumstances, this place never called us back even though we called everyday for weeks and repeatedly got their voicemail . This is a primary example of not caring about human life as they lead their patients on and ghost them .
Front desk staff is rude, condescending and uninformed of basic office questions.
