I am trying to use Bucks Electric for a total re-wire of my property. Unfortunately, The office is not helpful. I need to speak to Ralph in regard to a problem I am having with work done in July, I do not understand why I cannot get anyone to talk with me in regard to a previous bill and establish a working relationship with this electrician.
I have been a customer of Bucks electric for the last 5 years and have had excellent service each and every time I’ve called on them. Gary and his assistant handled a problem with an outlet I had that provides power to my pool pump. Not only did Gary replace the GFI but he also replaced a bad cord on a brand new pool pump my pool company had installed. Great experience! Keep up the good work!
