I cannot say enough about BCWW. I absolutely adore Monika. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Petty, but I'm confident she is equally fantastic. I hadn't been to the gyn for many years, but continually searched for a practice that I felt met my needs and would make me feel comfortable. I was very comfortable with the actual service I recieved from Rhegan. However when I inquired about self-pay before making the appointment, I specifically asked if there was a separate charge from labcorp (besides the $225) for a pap test. I was told no, then recieved a separate $300 bill. Additionally I had an unexpected polyp removed during the exam and was called after I left to pay $237 over the phone. I have known Dr. Petty for many years, including the period before she established her own practice. While I acknowledge her professional growth and career development, I regret to say that this progression appears to have transformed her medical office into a business-oriented environment, to the detriment of patient care.
