I have only expierenced top quality care. Raymond is very nice, helpful, and through. He went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire, they were not even open yet and he took care of me right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!
Last week I was stressed because my brakes started squeaking badly during my highway commute. I walked into this auto shop without an appointment and they still managed to squeeze me in later that afternoon. Waiting area was simple but clean, coffee machine actually worked, which was a small relief. The mechanic explained pad wear clearly without heavy jargon and showed the worn parts. MY TRANSMISSION WENT! I called Bucks Co. Auto Care & they had a Tow Truck In My Driveway in 15 mins. Ray called me when they received my Vehicle & said he'd get right on It. He did. An Hour Later he called Me, as I was on my Way to Their Shop. Met with Ray & he had a Detailed Game Plan to Repair My 2016 Chevy Silverado.
