I would NOT bother to call this company. I called 2X to get a service call, they never called back to schedule a service call...Maybe they don't need anymore business?

I called this company the scheduled me out two weeks which was fine. They showed up and took a look at my stove and roof top pipe said it needed some work and would return with pipe in a week around 500.00 dollars. 4 weeks later I had to call company back, they had no paper work or record in the office. Took my name and number they called back a week later said they had all the paperwork now and it would cost over a thousand dollars to replace a pipe. My opinion, not a very service company.

Contacted this company to perform a Chimney Sweep, they scheduled me two weeks out and advised they would call on their way out. On the day of the appointment I waited all day and received a phone call at 4:30pm stating they were not going to make it due to it getting dark early. They have yet to call and try to rescedule. Americans lose 37.3 million dollars a year waiting on service providers because they can't give a time to be out.
