If I could give Bucks Bicycle Shop a 0 star, I would. Horrible customer service. They do not treat you as fellow cyclists. They will not give you any advice, tips, or anything. All they want is your money. On multiple occasions, I have gone to them to seek help in servicing my bike(in which I would still pay them their outrageous costs) and instead of helping me, they say... Anonymous is nuts With respect, Anonymous is crazy. Buck's spent 2 hours with me helping choose the right bike. When given my price range, they pointed me towards the lower end of my range based on my needs, rather than trying to "sell up" to me. They were helpful, knowledgable, and courteous beyond words. In addition, when I was having trouble with a rim on my bike, they replaced it without question after 30 days of owning the bike.

not always good Sometimes They have what Ineed But most of the timeIhave to get it ordered. They dont spend much time with you on getting the right bike for you. And it cost more than most.
Good Service/Selection I have bought many bikes and accesories from Bucks over the past 20 years. Most recently we purchased 2 bikes and child carrier. The staff was very helpful. The spent a lot of time to help my wife who had not ridden for quite awhile find the right bike. It's nice to go to a locally owned business.
love em!!!! buck used to be my bus driver up to my 4th grade year. his shop is definetly on of the best around, him and his staff will work with u untill u are satisfied. if your not sure about a bike, the will let u ride it around in the parking lot.
Excellent service I recently purchased a bike from them which I had a problem with. After not being able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction they replaced it with a brand new bike (although I already had the bike over 30 days). They bent over backwards to take care of me and make sure i was satisfied. They have a good selection of bikes and a pretty fair selection of accessories. I find their prices to be about the same as the other shops in the area. They earned my business and I highly recommend them.
