Very unprofessional. The young guy with a beard and mustache just might be the death of this long-time business. He seems bothered when customers seek help. I have used them numerous times, and since the older gentleman has not been there, customer service seems to be an annoyance.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD, SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!! MY BOYFRIEND TOOK HIS CAR HERE 5/26/26 2 MONTHS AGO BC THE HYBRID BATTERY HAS SOME ISSUES! THEY HAVE GIVEN HIM NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND ALL MONTH. NO COMMUNICATION. TOOK THE CAR IN AN THEN THE ONLY TECH (THAT IS A HYBRID SPECIALIST) WENT OUT SICK THE NEXT DAY FOR A WEEK AND A HALF! I am a mechanic by trade in the carburetor days and got stuck on tech. Problems and brought it to the shop and dillion not only fix the timing issue but took the time to explain each part and what actually happened, and you definitely don't get that type off service and details these days.
