This is shop is probably the slowest people I’ve ever worked with. Had a simple accident and had to get it towed by highway patrol to the shop. Made an insurance claim with my insurance company, and Bucks auto service refused to release my vehicle to my insurance company without a verbal or written release form which I’ve never heard of in the history of having car insurance. I called up for a quote get my transmission fluid change, they like I have to check the book, and they wanted $500 to do the job, I watched a youtube video it wasn't even that difficult to do. This place is a ripoff, they go by what the dealership books says.
