Calm & Nice cashier that'll sometimes make a great deal for the parts your getting which is great. Best part is when you do it yourself cause you'll save alot more money than taking it to a automotive mechanics shop.

I have been going to Bucks in Regina for many years and the staff is usually very friendly and great to deal with. I went to the saskatoon location during the weekend as I am working away from home. I took a picture of my old bucks card that was literally disintegrating after many years of use in order to gain access to the yard. Apparently, this bucks has a policy that prevents people from using pictures to gain access to the yard as people are lying to get in for free. Understandable, I get that. As someone who knows nothing about cars but I have 10 years of customer service experience, this place is genuinely the worst for basic customer service. My partner wanted to pick up a small part for my car, we arrived at 4:27. The employee was sitting out front smoking and told him, "My clock says 4:30" and then basically bolted inside. I completely understand not allowing people in for the last 30 min, but you have to at least hold to that.
