I took a company truck to fix a radiator leak. They fixed the radiator but messed the APU. The APU uses the same coolant as the radiator and is now not functioning. Now, I have to take the APU to get fixed elsewhere. I am not happy about the down time Buck has given me.

Beware. Use this company at your own risk. If they do any work for you, you probably should have another shop verify they did everything you are charged for.
Frauds. They will change you for parts they did not install or replace. Or they will replace with old damage parts causing more damage to you vehicle then you already had. They will also not warranty their work if they know they made a mistake. They charged me for a new water pump and thermostat just to find out they didnt replace either. Our work vehicle had to be towed to another mechanic almost immediately after we drove off thier lot. They had the truck for 9 days and it came back to us worse than when we dropped it off.... read more
