We had to relocate my Mother-In-Law because we were afraid that her health and safety were at risk at Buckner. She was in the *********-Care facility and had been there for 3 years. When she first got there it was great, however it rapidly declined. The following issues were formally filed, verbally reported and/or meetings were held between our family and Buckner's Management to discuss.
