I changed insurance companies because your price increases becam too much. We were a customer for over 10 yrs. No one knows anything and has to contact the office. Brittany was a big help.STOP the demands for money.Our policy was cancelled by us NOT you. The day yours expired the new one took over. At 1201am. IF I had a claim...you wouldnt pay for it because we cancelled. So, stop wanting more money. The biggest reason we went some where else is because your agent could not answer questions!!
