I contacted the company to fix what I thought was a simple problem, a loose handle on my outside water faucet. They made an appointment (2-4PM) and didn't show up. I had to reschedule. On the reschedule date they called and said they had an emergency and needed to reschedule again. I had taken off 2 half days from work at this point and hadn't yet seen a plumber.
