$700 condo fees? Lol
Very dirty building, laundry machines don’t work at all, call box doesn’t work and staircase is always dirty. Owners and property managers don’t take care of this building at all and be prepared for your packages to get STOLEN, it’s to the point where I stopped shipping things to my own home. Called to complain once and was told that the cameras there don’t work and that there’s nothing they can do. Worse apartment building ever and it seems like there’s a new property manager every year
I lived here back in 1999-2000. APT 41. It was good. Not many complaints. Small studio. It was great for college. There was a major first in the first-floor apartment below me while I was living there. Almost required me to vacate for overnight, but, late into the night, they let us back in.
