Service, Product Suck At Buckman's Let me tell you about Buckman's. DO NOT buy your heating fuels here. Water in the kerosene, customer service is non-existent. They like praise but can't and won't deal with valid complaints. Do yourself a favor, they might be a few cents cheaper but at Buckman's, cheaper doesn't mean quality. Do yourself a real favor and don't do business with Buckman's.
Buckman's Family Fuel Small family owned business. Great service department - caring and knowledgeable in doing furnace repairs and installations. Have had good results. They also sell gasoline and have a system that enables you to pump gas anytime of the day or night. Which in our rural area is a blessing.
