Gate closed at 12:49 pm, September 27th, no signage indicating why. Website has no mention of any lunch hour closing time. Employee cars on site, but not open for business. Is this what Menasha contracted for? At least the courtesy of posting a reason for closing, the taxpayers of this community deserve it!!!
Update 6/15/24. Visited last week and the desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Pleased with the smiling welcome. ---------------------------------- The yard guy and the crabby lady in the office scolded me for driving in the exit driveway. Yikes, lots of traffic in a busy intersection and several Bucklin signs. The exit sign was hardly noticeable. Very, very disappointed concerning their quality of their Top Soil as it had too many stone pieces in it! For the cost of it, we feel that we payed for more stone than dirt!!
Bucklins is a great resource for Menasha residents. A convient location and a nice crew that works there. Any negative reviews on here about their noise is a joke. Those who purchased property next to Bucklins knew what they were buying into. It’s a great place and zoned appropriately. It’s no different than paper companies built 100 years ago in the dead center of the city. The city grows around them.
