Avoid. Poor communication, overcharging, and damage they wouldn’t take responsibility for. I had a genuinely terrible experience with Buckleys Auto Care and want to save others the same trouble. A cooling system replacement took just under three weeks, with almost no communication the entire time. I had to chase every single update myself. I had an excellent experience with Goran and the team. He is a gentleman who treats customers as one would a friend. He insisted on explaining that he would check the car thoroughly at no charge and then detail his opinion. He called to give a full report and price breakdown before asking what I would like to action. I hadn't even asked for this, he was just being proactive and transparent. I'm happy to support this small local business.

I have used Buckleys Auto for many years they never fail to assist. Goran and the team are always obliging and happy to help. We have just had four cars serviced recently and as always we’re done within one day. Not sure why all five star reviews are getting mind blown bot emojis because these guys are amazing. Well done Goran and the team will definitely keep using you guys.

I've been taking my car to Goran for the past 8 years, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. He's always patient, kind, and takes the time to clearly explain what needs to be done and why, without ever making you feel pressured or confused. His pricing is always fair, and you can tell he genuinely cares about looking after his customers rather than just making a quick sale. Whether it's a routine service or I've needed help with a last-minute issue, Goran has always done his best to fit me in and get me back on the road... read more

They also fixed my number plate which was missing a screw completely complimentary. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service provided, Communication was good, pricing was fair, the work was quality & swift. 10/10 would and w... read more
