Had a check engine light come in while driving to the beach. Buckleys Auto Care. Milsboro, diagnosed it as transmission problem and charged me $820 to change trans fluid and put a new seal on my oil cap. Took 2 full days. Turned out to be catalytic converter . Terrible experience, poor communication, $$$$.
I am from NY. My van broke down in Newark, De. AAA towed it to Buckleys. He gave me an over-the-phone quote of $1580 to repair the Harmonic Balancer. AAA estimated repair cost: $600 Had car towed to another shop which did it for $700
RecommendedWhen calling around for pricing, the Service Manager asked for the VIN number. He did not guesstimate, he took the time to give me accurate pricing so there was not any surprises when I picked up my foreign vehicle. I think we found our new service department moving forward at Buckley's. Thanks again!!

the service was great, we got off on a sketchy note in the beginning, but they picked up my car and had it done the same day, I was excited about that. But their pricing I was not so excited about. The car only needed a battery and I paid as if I had an engine overhaul. Friendly people and great service I give a 5 star, cost I give a 1 star.
