Attorney Wynne fought for my husband 's worker's comp. case - even though his case was bounced back from Federal court in Boston and eventually killed by corporate lawyers , he didn't win with Wynne, but wasn't charged a cent ! The staff was attentive , including Mr. Wynne - I'd recommend this firm - what happened in my husband's case was a travesty ! Under the Longshoremen's Act , the judge in Boston was supposed to award a settlement - by kicking it back to the state level , the case was booted out , no settlement !
