RecommendedThis is a great company to work with. We could not have been more pleased with everything. The preliminary meeting, measuring, second meeting to make sure everything was measured right were all handled so well. The installation crew was also great--they cleaned up before they left each day. We love our windows!!! They are beautiful and our house now feels secure. It was a pleasure to work with Robbie Clawges and Buckley Windows!!!
Terrible Service.They installed new window 8 years ago. When it time to service their work they banged in some older parts. They said the windows were too old to fix. Who ever heard of 8 year old windows being ready for the trash. The owner of Buckley refused to do anything. Due to this situation they were taken off the preferred list in this building. BEWARE
It is amazing how new windows can make an original 1968 home look and feel brand new! I also like the added security as well as the safety in case of natural disasters. Thank you Buckley Window!
Do not sign a contract with these people. You sign away your rights and they are not responsible for any damages. They do not return phone calls. They are impossible to schedule. On the first day, they stood me up and didn't bother to call. When I finally got someone on the phone there was no apology. I simply got a very rude "that's construction". When I demanded my money back, they managed to deliver the windows and started installation the next day. I will not go into detail but it was downhill from there. NEVER HIRE BUCK... read more
Best Price, Quality Product and Quick install – Buckley Window came to us highly recommended by a knowledgeable property manager who has witnessed the quality of their work for many window installations. They got us top quality PGT Winguard Series 800 windows and they beat their competitor?s bids by thousands of dollars. Lastly, they worked fast, efficiently and most importantly, they did quality work. (It only took 2 days for them to install 18 windows and a glass door.)
Difficult to resolve problems with defective windows – In all of my 30 years of working in the manufacturing industry, both low tech and high tech, and in all of my years of owning several homes, I have never experienced such frustration with a vendor.
