I have taken one of my cats to this vet several times. Each time, Dr. Lassen was polite, compassionate, and very helpful. We always walked out with the help we needed. When I called to see if I could bring in my other cat who has suddenly started limping, Lea was rude, and told me not to bring him in. She told me there were several other vets who specialized in orthopedics. It could be a bite, or a thorn, or a sprain, or even something else, yet she refused to even set up an appt.
