Amazing turnaround! A year ago this was by far, one of the worst pharmacy experiences I’ve had no matter where I was stationed. Whether it was a change of command, or new personnel, the pharmacy should be recognized as a keystone. If you call the line and need to speak to someone, you can. If you pay attention to the announcement board set outside, they tell you of upcoming closures. Although I seldom use the drive thru I usually get my prescription in less than 20 minutes. The personal here are always friendly and professional. I have been using this Pharmacy for over 30 years and there have been some difficulties due to changes in the military health system and the pandemic but having gone through the difficult times I believe that the service provided by this facility is the best it has ever been.
The airman that work or volunteer here are always friendly. Shared quite a few jokes and laughs and its pretty quick getting what you need especially while in uniform.
