Terrible customer service. Long wait times on phone or in person. Terrible system failures. Update April 2024... It continues to get worse... nothing works...made three trips to pick up a medication electronically sent by my doctor starting three weeks ago...told return in 4 hours or next day. Uncaring, unsupervised young staff than only have excuses for answers or no answers at all. Update Aug 2025 Somebody paid attention to all the bad reviews and did something about it.
