Although I seldom use the drive thru I usually get my prescription in less than 20 minutes. The personal here are always friendly and professional. I have been using this Pharmacy for over 30 years and there have been some difficulties due to changes in the military health system and the pandemic but having gone through the difficult times I believe that the service provided by this facility is the best it has ever been.
The airman that work or volunteer here are always friendly. Shared quite a few jokes and laughs and its pretty quick getting what you need especially while in uniform.
Best military pharmacy we've used in over 20 years! They actually answer the phone (which for anyone who's ever called military medical facilities will know is EXTREMELY rare!), the lines aren't crazy long, & there's a drive through option for part of the day. The only thing that could make them better is if they had weekend hours to make it easier for those who don't live nearby.
Terrible customer service. Long wait times on phone or in person. Terrible system failures. Update April 2024... It continues to get worse... nothing works...made three trips to pick up a medication electronically sent by my doctor starting three weeks ago...told return in 4 hours or next day.
