Buckley’s On Queen Anne

4.4

About this business

A popular watering hole in Seattle, Buckley’s is a great place to catch your favorite team in action while you sip on some fresh brews with friends. The food served here is mainly American, with the Jucy Lucy, Blackened Salmon Sandwich, and the Jumbo Pork & Vegetable Egg Roll being some of their specialties. Unlike other bars in the area, this is quite child-friendly, offering a special kid's menu as well.

Pro Palate Works for Pub and writes reviews...how convenient – No pro palate I dont own a restaurant. Just want people to be aware of my experience. Read all reviews...the real ones have low score. The ones that sound like a written commercial are that.

Gotta agree with Ed, not a good experience – I eat out alot in this town and my experience was not good as well. There's lots of great burgers in town. This just didnt make the grade.

Best Burgers and Seet Potato Fires in Seattle – This is a great neighborhood pub with wonderful food. My girlfriends and I love to go to Buckley's to hang out and enjoy ourselves. Buckley's has the best salads and hamburgers in Seattle. Buckley's has a nice friendly atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and efficient. There are always lots of locals. This is definitely the best place to eat very good food at affordable prices in the lower Queen Anne neighborhood area.

LAME Sportsbar- LOUSY SERVICE,... – LAME Sportsbar- Went to watch NCAA March Madness Tournament and they did not even play the volume of any game as the bartender was more interested in listening to his raggae music than having any volume for the Duke game against Belmont. If you like fern bars that do not care about sports, fans and want poor service go to this lame pathetic place with lousy management at least on this opening day of a real sports event.

Horrible Service; Sub-Par Food – About 4 years ago, I lived in the neighborhood and this place was wonderful. After attending this past weekend, we WILL NOT be going back. The server had two tables (we were one of them) and we had to beg for additional coffee and fetch our own additional place settings, etc. There is a shrimp and grits dish where the menu claims is made with sweet potato grits - but the sweet potatos were non-existant. Frustrating because that was part of why we ordered it. Some of the other dishes we ordere... read more

Service, Quality and Value – Discovering Buckley's was a zen moment for me. I first sought it out when they were progressive enough to be ahead of the smoking ban and I have loved it ever since. The environment is equal parts cozy living room and sports den. The pub food is excellent and I have yet to go have a bad meal. I recommend any of the salads and I never ever go wrong with the chicken club. The place is well managed and the bar tenders and staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. If you are looking for a f... read more

Best damn sports bar in Seattle – eddulac, do you own a competing restaurant by chance? I have been to Buckley a handful of times since discovering it last year and I have never been disappointed with anything, except maybe finding a seat during a good soccer game or other sporting event. The food is not only far above average for a sports bar but better then a lot of up-scale restaurants in the area. The beer selection is second to none and the bar tending staff is the friendliest in the city. A must go if you are a sports ... read more
