The STAR is for the product only, when they arrive they are quality parts. Customer Service is lacking!!!
This company's customer service is lacking. They do not answer phone calls or return voicemails. It takes numerous emails to receive a reply - standard response time is about a week. When they do provide parts - pricing and lead-time is competitive.
We cant seem to get anyone to answer us, regarding our late order. They tell us parts are on the way and shipped, but we didnt get them. Our first order with them. If you see this please...respond to Megans email/phone calls/fax's...thank you!
