John came to deliver appliances a few years ago and said that he needed to drag a hand-truck up my finished stairs to get it in. Assessing his equipment, I realized that this would totally rip up my wood staircase. That was about 18 months ago. I just ordered a dryer from PC Richards and they sent this same guy who can't do the job. Based on the response from Greg Buckley, you can see he takes no responsibility for the damage caused by his employee. I paid for a dishwasher and the installation. PC Richard provided the $1,500 refund. Good luck to anyone dealing with this business if they did not pay through PC Richard. Thank you PC Richard! If Ralph and John are G.O.A.T. installers, Tom must be the worst. Tom at Buckley Installation and Service should reconsider his career choice.
