The lawyers at Buckley Hogan are knowledgeable and professional, and I was happy with the legal work they provided. Stefan does great work! Unfortunately, the experience with the front desk staff was the complete opposite. They were consistently rude, dismissive, and lacked basic respect and customer service. It’s disappointing because the lawyers deserve better representation from the first people clients interact with. I hope the firm addresses this, as it leaves a poor first impression
Staff are nice and very friendly but front desk lady with the long hair was very rude and lacks basic courtesy. Front desk should be the main image for any place, especially legal firms,I am amazed that they haven't just kept her working in the back or ask her to do more training. Any way, I hope I can do my work with the firm only by phone and emails so I don't have to deal with her again.
