Also very unimpressed with the whole experience here. The waiting room is very uninviting - quiet, chairs lined up against walls, dreary. I interacted with 4 of the office staff - none of which were smiling, cheerful or welcoming. Dr Buckley himself was not unpleasant, but did not leave me looking forward to the next time I had to see him. The real kicker for me is that Dr Buckley asked me to call him on Monday of the following week if my condition had not gone away b/c he wanted to refer me to a neurologist. VERY umimpressed with this practice. My Dr, whom I loved, retired and I had to find a new Dr. The staff was not friendly. The wait time was too long. 28 minutes waiting after my scheduled appt. There are signs in the waiting room which said that if you wait more than 30 mintues to let the receptionist know. That was a red flag. The Dr. himself, was rude too.
