The worst customer service ever, specifically the girl with red hair, absolutely horrible. The location of this store speaks volumes, so crappy. Went in to get ONE diamond stud fixed. My diamond fell out and just needed it to be placed back in the setting. The girl at the front desk was so rude from the start, all i wanted was a quote before i left something so sentimental there. What a wonderful jewelry shop!! Their work is as incredible as their staff. Super friendly every time I go it and I can’t get over how beautiful every piece is!! So happy I discovered them in town :)
We checked out Buckley for engagement rings after stopping by 2 larger/chain stores. Thinking we had already found a good deal, my Fiance found them on Reddit and suggested we just stop by to double-check our current selection. The only mistake we made was not going to Buckley sooner. The owner, Colin, and his local team custom make all the jewelry. Had a great experience here, they helped my girlfriend and I tremendously. We felt very heard and it seems like they genuinely wanted us to find the perfect ring instead of just trying to sell us something. Very simple customization process and great people! 10/10 recommend
