Repair work insufficient. When I brought my platinum ring in for repair the staff insisted that they only do repairs in white gold and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Within a month the repairs crumbled off. Waste of $185.
Choosing to walk into Buckley & Co was the best decision I could have made. And getting a chance to work with Monique was even better. She was a pleasure from start to finish. She helped me with both engagement and wedding rings and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and exciting. Her professionalism, warmth, and expert advice were exceptional. I’m truly grateful for her help and would recommend her and Buckley without hesitation.
So disappointed in this business. I brought my wedding ring in for repair and was assured when I picked it up that the work was solid and strong. The ring broke the very next day. Not only that, they didn’t even use the same color gold to solder it. I’m grateful it happened at home and not out somewhere, or I could have lost my diamond entirely.
