Very Rude and unprofessional. Called Buckley because my uncle had passed and needed an appraisal for the estate. Wanted the cost of the appraisal so I could figure into the estate expenses. He refused to give me a figure until he saw property. I told him it was a single family and could he give me an estimated cost. He kept refusing to tell me an estimated for an appraisal or even a price range. He then said he didn't want me as a customer.
