We have been hauling out of Buckles for over 2 years and they do a great job getting our trucks loaded. Jake is on top of it, and as long as you are on time for your appt, you will not have a problem getting loaded.

Place is nice . Receiving is at door 12. It has a very small sign. Walk up stairs. Then through the door . Across walkway you will see office . It actually said “office” over the window. Asked lady there if I’m at correct place. No reply. Then she asked me for my ID. I’ve repeated the question. And politely asked her if it is indeed the location for the delivery. Nice people but no space to back your truck to the dock. I needed 20 min to back it up. Damaging your tires :/

When I checked in there 3 guys talking to each other in the room after three hours waited in the dock I went inside to check on when they were going to start loading me they were still there talking to each other like WOW… they think we dont got no family or something or are we not humans? Like seriously guys I am amazed at how we truckers get treated at these warehouses!!
