I went to see Gretchen Buckles in one of the most harrowing periods of my life. She helped enormously. Her mind is very wide-ranging. She has intelligence, empathy, amazing insight, and is candid in a good way. I would give her the highest number of stars possible. It's been a while but she changed my life for the very best. Highest recommendation.
Not meant to be a therapist. I felt worse after talking to her. Waste of money. Invalidated everything I said. Made it clear she didn’t really feel like helping me. Not sure why she says “non judge mental” in her bio because that’s really all she did.
