So firstly, I’m saying all this as someone who works in sales and someone who usually doesn’t want talked to or “sold to” when shopping, I loathe it actually, I want left alone. Julian was absolutely great. Was just walking around with my boyfriend and randomly decided to go into Buckle to just look. Julian was great, gave a good vibe, didn’t corner us, joked with us, actually interacted with us. He ended up suggesting a few shirts for my boyfriend. We ended up buying something, which had a lot due to Julian’s good vibes.
I went went to buckle by chance today and had the pleasure of having Jayda greet me and offer assistance looking for specific items. I just had my baby and I’m 4 months postpartum, none of my jeans fit and she went above and beyond and chose some of her favorite styles that would look good on my body type. She was super great at eyeing out fits that complement my body, and I bought 3 of the jeans she picked out for me. Super happy with purchases, I’ll definitely be back.
Madison was fabulous! Listened to my needs and I left with the perfect pair of jeans!
My relative and I's favorite store to buy our blouses. I love their denim but it's not made for my body type. But still beautiful tops!
Always love the apparel from the buckle! Usually love the service; however, Jayda did not do so well when I solicited assistance. She was easily distracted and not tuned in. At the end I requested the military discount as the Buckle appreciates their service members, I did not notice that she forgot until I returned back to my hotel. I called back to see if there was anything she good do; unfortunately, she did not possess the customer service acuity to assist a veteran on Veterans Day weekend?!?
