I am always impressed with Lincoln. He spent 1.5 hours helping me find jeans last night. He listens and responds. He has nailed down his customer service skills and is training his employees by showing them how to treat others. Well done. Customer for life. Once, shame on you. Twice, shame on me. Ordered my Son some jeans a couple of months ago and was assured they would be here before our trip a week later. Nope. Had to stop in Tulsa and get the jeans he wanted. Next I went in a week before another trip for some shorts for me. Same thing! I waited for this review until I picked up the shorts to see what was said. Please don't blame the Post Office on the phone and UPS in person. The 2 are not even related.
