I had a very disappointing experience at this Buckle location due to the behavior of an employee named Brett. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was rude and judgmental. He talked down to me and made me feel completely unwelcome. I came in with reasonable expectations for good customer service, as Buckles customer service is always so great!! Was told I could come return some jeans that do not fit well at all they are too baggy and I just bought them a couple days ago I took off the tags and I had the receipt when I got to the store I was told I could no longer return them due to no tags and then the rude worker asked me if I’d like to spend another 100$ to get the right size!? My mom purchased some clothes at this store. She does not give out her phone number or email. She tells clerks this when she purchased the clothes. She went back to exchange some sizes and was told they could not exchange the clothes if she didn’t provide her phone number or email. She had the receipt and tags still on the clothes. I walked in at about 10:30am by myself. There were three employee's. No one else. NOT one acknowledge me, no "hi, welcome". After I was there for about 10min looking. Still not a word! I was furious. They wete so busy talking about their "work schedule". I cant believe I was ingnoredny all thtee of them!!! They must have made there sales quota from Mother's day(yestetday) I will go to a mall next time.
Starting to carry less and less of different pants sizes. Just tell you you can order them in online and come back. If I'm going to order them online I'll just have them shipped to my house. Why stores are getting away from physically carrying things so people can see them before they buy them is beyond me, but it is really annoying
