My mom purchased some clothes at this store. She does not give out her phone number or email. She tells clerks this when she purchased the clothes. She went back to exchange some sizes and was told they could not exchange the clothes if she didn’t provide her phone number or email. She had the receipt and tags still on the clothes. I walked in at about 10:30am by myself. There were three employee's. No one else. NOT one acknowledge me, no "hi, welcome". After I was there for about 10min looking. Still not a word! I was furious. They wete so busy talking about their "work schedule". I cant believe I was ingnoredny all thtee of them!!! They must have made there sales quota from Mother's day(yestetday) I will go to a mall next time.
Starting to carry less and less of different pants sizes. Just tell you you can order them in online and come back. If I'm going to order them online I'll just have them shipped to my house. Why stores are getting away from physically carrying things so people can see them before they buy them is beyond me, but it is really annoying
Worst experience ever went in first time and nobody greeted us or tried helping second time went in to do a return and personal did not want to help nor were they polite and associate assumed that because we look Hispanic we wouldn't understand. Never going back!!!!!!!!!
