Best shopping experience ever! Brett was amazing! He provided excellent customer service going above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He took extra time to find out exactly what type of jeans I was looking for, and pulled several ahead of time and had them ready for me for me to try when I walked in. I had my own personal shopper! I’ve been shopping at Buckle for over 10 years and this was by far my worst experience. I visited the Farmington, Utah location last night with my daughter looking for a western-style outfit. One associate briefly asked what I needed, vaguely pointed to an area, and never came back to help. She spent the entire time chatting with another coworker, even though there were no other customers in the store. The place is expensive! But they have nice jeans.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Buckle location due to the behavior of an employee named Brett. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was rude and judgmental. He talked down to me and made me feel completely unwelcome. I came in with reasonable expectations for good customer service, as Buckles customer service is always so great!! Was told I could come return some jeans that do not fit well at all they are too baggy and I just bought them a couple days ago I took off the tags and I had the receipt when I got to the store I was told I could no longer return them due to no tags and then the rude worker asked me if I’d like to spend another 100$ to get the right size!?
