Who is your manager to decide who is beautiful and who isn’t? Absolutely terrible. If you judge your employees so harshly, I can only imagine how terrible your customer service is and how harshly the customers are being judged secretively as well.
It is UNACCEPTABLE for a manager to tell an employee that they’re not “pretty,” and even more unacceptable to keep an employee at work after they’ve thrown up AT WORK!
