I stopped in the store to look at some shorts. I had not shopped the store in many years, after my kids had grown. When I went in the store I was nicely acknowledged and greeted. I was approached by a store clerk who introduced herself as Brynn, and asked my name. Each section I moved to Brynn would see if I was doing ok, and informed me of sales, promotions, and fresh articles to the store, all while using my name. I have been shopping at buckle for years and the quality of the merchandise is definitely going down hill. So disappointing. Bought 3 items the zipper was broke on one and tried to have them fix it they had me come in to pick up and zipper was still broken. Bought a watch that was missing a button didn't notice till I got home. Hat that was completely creased and made wrong took back all in the same week. Won't be going back for a while. Definitely not the quality they used to have.

The employees are very helpful and do not push sales. Also, I cannot express how much respect I have for the General Manager Taylor Sundquist. He always goes above and beyond the expectations and has never let me down. Best Buckle in the USA!!!
