I think the customer service at the buckle is great and has always been great. The one new thing that is annoying in the store these days, is that the whole time I'm shopping and trying on clothes, paying and talking to my sales person, the team is always shouting out levels to one another, inturupting, it's constant and irritating. (Ok, shelby, what level are you?, can you level down to a 1, mark, switch to a level two, or, I'm a level 3 with an opportunity.) Best staff, best quality in clothes and completely helpful when I need help. They have my favorite jeans and worth the price. I could live there.
