Buckle doesn’t normally carry my size in store (33-34) so I bought a few pairs of jeans online. I found several pairs I liked and returned the rest. I forgot the card I used was with my husband so the manager (Kyle) whom I was working with went above and beyond called customer care and had them do the return over the phone. He was incredibly patient, kind, and did not show an ounce of annoyance about the fact I forgot my card and calling customer care. Helpful staff with a good selection of shirts and pants but their belt selection is small. Prices are a little much but not horribly bad. Good amount of fitting rooms scattered throughout, but employee keys are needed to use them.
Staff is very friendly and ready to assist. I've been to several stores of theirs and this one provided the best customer experience. Store Manager was excellent also.
