Well got a buckle credit card against my better judgment. With a RIDICULOUS interest rate. . Tried for a few hours to make a payment online or over the phone. Finally got ahold of customer service to find there was a typo in the system for some of my information.... Only to then find that your asinine payment system only accepts direct bank account information. And in order to make a payment with a credit or debit card YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $9 ?????? SCAM! YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE... read more
I just left the store about 30 minutes ago and the woman and man working were fantastic!!! Great customer service and very friendly. I like going to a store and not having things shoved in my face. They were great, I just can't remember their names. Keep up the great work!!!
