Well this is for everyone that shops at buckle
Ingram park mall is the WORST. Manager Amanda has no customer service skills. My card was charged $214 and because some how the transaction did not link to register THAT WITCH asked me to slide my card again. I was like are you crazy so then I can have 428 dollars pending. Is that the customer faulty your register does not work properly. Even Genesis with Help Desk said nothing can be done. Obviously you should work for the NO HELP desk. You did not nothing for your customer and now lost a customer!!!
Love this store and their associates!!!! Great team and atmosphere they have there!!
