I went to buckle today in Syracuse and honestly that was the best time I’ve had in a store. I was pretty nervous, I’ve never really asked for help finding jeans or anything because I’m self-conscious.. but your team member Kelsey was absolutely amazing! She gave me so many different options of jeans to try on, she was so kind and didn’t judge my size or give me weird looks at all, she understood my taste in jeans and how I ideally liked them to fit and was just overall amazing. This was my first time in this store, the vibe was wonderful and all the staff were amazing and kind! I do have to give a very large shout out to Delaney. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. Informing me about the online app, her favorites, and even climbed up to get something off a mannequin for me! She informed me about appointments and how you can schedule them with certain employees so they can help dress you! She loved showing the hats her excitement was contagious! I will be coming back!
