RecommendedI have always shopped at the buckle at Lehigh valley mall, Kacy the manager there is awesome! She’s been there for a little while now and really knows what she’s doing. Employees there are really friendly and willing to help you feel like your shopping with friends and not sales associates and that’s what customer service is all about!
Don, who I later found out is Assistant Manager was super attentive and offered a ton of options. He took the time to explain why he recommended certain items and gave personalized attention normally found in high end boutiques. As long as the level of service remains this high, Buckle earned a customer for life!
First time there on Saturday and loved it. Everyone was so helpful and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
