RecommendedToday I battled the crowds to take a pair of buckle jeans to be repaired. They had a hole in the knee and wanted to see if they could mend it. They could mend it but they offered to replace them since it had only been about 8 months since I purchased them. I was floored by their customer service and this is why I have been coming back here for 10+ years. Also, they have some awesome jeans for us tall ladies!! Thanks Buckle...you rock!!
Had great help from Star. I quickly found a new favorite pair of jeans: Bridge by gly. Sadly just 3 months after purchase the zipper broke while 2 hours from home...talk about embarrassing!! Wish the quality of the product matched the service I received.

Matthew, the salesperson who helped me today, was amazing...with very little information from me he set up a whole dressing room with clothes I loved and which were all in my size - he was so effortless and friendly, best clothes shopping experience I've ever had and I feel gorgeous in my new jeans :)) Walked out with a complete outfit and in a short time period - will be a Buckle regular from now on!
Staff is super helpful - actually really surprised that a store has such good customer service - yay! Oh, and they have great jeans, too!
