RecommendedI like the customer service I have received both here in Spokane Washington and while at the store in Puyallup Washington as well. Tanya the assistant manager was very helpful and gave me all the options available to me. I was there replacing a defective pair of jeans with no problems at all. Thanks for great POS!
I went in to Buckle today with my daughter. She was fed up with jeans and trying on terrible clothes that don’t look good she wanted to go home! Then EMI came and saved the day!! Everything g and I mean EVERYTHING she grabbed was perfection and looked AMAZING on my girl! Best of all my daughter felt like a million bucks! She treated us like gold and was sooooo sweet!! We will come back over and over again!! Go see Emi!!! You will leave happy and looking good!! Emi you’re the greatest!!
went with my sister and brother in law to get a pair of jeans from your store because his from here were ruined we expected fantastic customer service but we got the absolute opposite Jessica was extremely rude and had major attitude. i don’t believe i will be coming back here again.
Went in today with my boyfriend to help him replace a pair of jeans that have completely fallen apart since he got them for Christmas from here, and Jessica was the rudest employee I think I have EVER encountered. When you go into a store expecting help, but get the exact opposite it really ruins the store for you.
Enough with the super pushy sales people already. You can't even walk in without being overwhelmed. I'll tell you if I'm looking for jeans, I don't need you telling me what I want.
The big guy with the beard was extremely rude to my sister today when she asked for the price of a clearance item. We've spent a ton of money in this store and won't be coming back. Go to Nordstrom rack, much better prices and service.
Scott is a GEM!! Just dropped my paycheck in there but worth every penny!! And Scott is always so helpful and makes you feel good about what you're trying on!! :)
