Got ordered wrong size and did not have right size
RecommendedAs a short curvy woman buying jeans is typically a horrible experience but not the case when I visited Buckle today! the team was extremely helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and kept bringing me things to try on that would work well for my body type. I have never had such an amazing experience buying jeans before and will be returning to Buckle in the future. Thank you!
Shopping on a snow day, the staff at Lynnwood Buckle were so helpful. Their recommendations of clothes, sizes, and styles indicate their dedication You will not find this customer service at most places, they all rocked it. This is by far my favorite store to get my clothes at. Not only do they have high quality jeans and tank tops but their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Specifically a gentlemen named Cody. He has been my go to guy for ordering my tank tops. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and I wanted to let Buckle know that they have a great employee that makes me keep coming back for more clothes. Thank you Cody!
Love this store but it does need to be dusted. Adriana is the one to see she knows her stuff.
Best customer service ever!!! My favorite RAWKIN store ever!!! Plus, one of the only stores left that still has layaway!!!! Check them out folks !!!! Highly recommend Buckle!!!!
Let me tell you if you like buying really expensive clothes that dont last 2 months definitly shop here they dont even exchange clothes out if they have a problem the salvage clothing line doesnt last long even if u pay over a hundred dollars for some jeans, ill never shop here again just like everyone shouldnt this store exchange policy doesnt even back there clothes they sell probably because they dont last
I only buy my denim from buckle, but I have very curvy thighs so it's always a struggle. Len (and everyone else on shift at the time) patiently brought just about every pair of jeans in stock to my room in different sizes and cuts, and helped me find the ones that were just right for me and my booty. I walked out happy. Thank you Len & crew!
