hire people that are more courteous, this store has definitely change over last few years, they are not helpful at all , i will not be shopping here no more , done !!!!
The manager needs some major training in customer service. When the store's system makes a mistake, don't tell the customer you are doing him/her a favor by taking 25 minutes to try to straighten it out. Notice I said "try"... I will not be back.
Love buckle, definitely worth the prices and everyone there seems cool
