I would like to first say that every employee was very helpful I came in just to find the perfect size and then think about getting a pair but they were so nice and professional and also helpful that I decided to get not just one but three pairs and open a card with them I will just be buying them once every three months I think I will be transitioning to just buckle jeans now. So I would like to say a special Thank You to all Who Helped me find my forever Jeans!!!��

Thanks Buckle! You gave me great customer service! I appreciate the time in ordering my son’s jeans AND even got a grosgrain bow and tissue paper with the complimentary box! That right there sealed the deal for me! You didn’t have to, but you did. That makes all the difference in shopping at a store for me....customer service and going above and beyond what you had to do.
I've never shopped at Buckle, but today, I came in with my husband to find something to wear for our Date Night & Samantha (actually ALL of the girls working) were so sweet & helpful, they helped me find such a cute outfit for tonight. As we were leaving ALL of them shouted "have a GREAT Date Night you two!!". It just really made me feel special, I will definitely be back!! Great customer service, awesome environment & such cute clothes. Thanks everyone at Clarksville Buckle :)
